Tuesday, September 16th is National Voter Registration Day. The Kokomo Howard County Public Library will sponsor a lecture and book-signing at IUK's Kresge Auditorium at 7 p.m. The LWVHCA will be available to register voters and provide voting information before and after the lecture. The event is open to the public.
